We are founding partners of Happy Kombucha, a brand we launched in Indonesia with a contrarian idea: healthy beverages don’t have to be boring or taste bad. Instead, we set out to create a functional drink that was both extremely healthy and genuinely fun to experience. From this perspective, we developed the brand strategy, positioning, segmentation, and branding — designing a visual and narrative world inspired by cocktail culture. The kombuchas were presented in wine bottles with high-end labels and playful fantasy names such as Hawaiian Mojito and Limonada Michelada, transforming a health drink into something social, elegant, and delicious. To reinforce this idea, we introduced a new ritual: serving kombucha in wine glasses — something we were among the first to do — turning a wellness beverage into a sophisticated and celebratory experience. For more than ten years, we have led the brand’s communications and evolution. Today, Happy Kombucha continues to grow, with a presence in Bali and Colombia, proving that wellness and pleasure can coexist in the same bottle.
