We worked with Radikal Food Club to develop its brand strategy and branding — defining its positioning, narrative, and identity around a clear purpose: enabling small farmers to produce healthy, regenerative food while improving their livelihoods. The central insight was that thousands of small coffee farms of less than two hectares have the potential to diversify their production, but lack access to markets that recognize and reward the true value of their work. From this premise, we helped shape a brand that connects regenerative agriculture with technology, allowing these farmers to reach conscious consumers willing to pay a premium for food that restores the land and supports rural communities. The result is a brand that transforms regenerative production into opportunity — creating healthier food systems while generating greater prosperity for the people who cultivate the land.
