We worked with NIVI to develop the brand strategy and build the brand from the ground up — defining its positioning, narrative, and full brand identity. Starting from the insight that modern eating habits are deeply connected to stress, cravings, and emotional impulses, we positioned NIVI not simply as a functional beverage, but as a tool for personal transformation. By combining physical appetite control through its smart gel technology with mental calm through GABA, the brand invites people to pause, regain control, and make more conscious choices. This strategic foundation allowed us to shape a brand that goes beyond product benefits — turning every sip into a ritual of discipline, freedom, and self-mastery.
