Homestead Maui was shaped through a holistic brand transformation that redefined both strategy and creation — from clarifying the brand vision and business model to identifying key channels and audience segments. Rooted in a deep respect for tradition and slow living, the process led to the creation of a distinctive product innovation: vibrant sourdough breads infused with superfoods, natural colors, and a bold visual identity. The result is more than a bakery; it is a lifestyle-driven brand where craft, farm culture, and experiential storytelling converge into a unique, sensory universe. Note: The creative work for this project was developed during Laura’s time as Founder and Partner at Paper Brands. She led the creative direction alongside her partners, while Camilo led the brand strategy. Laura honors that chapter and the people who were part of it.
